An Ran Ju 安然居 Gelato & Teahouse

Delicious gelato. The owner was very friendly and immediately gave us tasters of the flavors that we were considering. I got Coconut Macadamia Nut. Serving sizes are great too. Would certainly recommend this place for best gelato in Big Bear Village!

Probably the best ice cream shop at Big Bear Lake. The guy who served me ice cream (probably the owner) is extremely friendly and has a great attitude. He makes everyone’s day better. But thats not why Im leaving this good review. The flavors they have a nitpicked and almost all of them are a must try. Especially the chocolate hazelnut, rockyroad and other exotic flavours as well. Must try!

Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The man serving ice cream was energetic and generous to let us try all sorts of samples. The woman checking us out was very sweet and helpful. The ice cream was delicious! Would gladly come again

This place has a fantastic selection of specialty teas that can be brewed both hot and iced. They have a liquid stevia that they use for their teas that is not bitter at all, so you can enjoy a sugar free and totally delectable cup of tea as you stroll through the village. I was so happy and came back everyday on our trip. My baby had the chamomile Cozy Cottage blend with me that tasted like spiced apples and we were content. Can't wait to go back.

we went to An Ran Ju Gelato & Teahouse everyday during our trip to Big Bear! Their cold drinks and gelato are perfect for a hot day. Aside from the sweet treats, the teahouse has some of the nicest staff. You can tell they care about their customers and their experience. We will definitely be going back.

First time visiting. Went on a Thursday afternoon around 1230pm. My kiddo had taro tea and I picked out a hibiscus cold tea. The hostess was very helpful in helping me pick out a drink. Both drinks that I got were very delicious! I highly recommend and I will return.

SUPER nice proprietors, delicious gelato flavors, and very competitive prices! Try samples to get your ideal flavors. I recommend the 2-flavor cup, with one fruit flavor and one creamy flavor. Our favorite flavors were blood orange, burgundy cherry, mango (this one was mild, so my kids loved it), and the refreshing limoncello. There were vegan options available. My kids noted these generous portions were less expensive than frozen yogurt down in the city.

My earl grey tea with Boba was delicious. The Vietnamese coffee was not as strong as other Vietnamese coffees that we had. Because it was so busy, the order took a little longer to process.
